The Atlanta Consulate has scheduled a passport intervention exercise from March 13th – 16th at the Embassy Suites Crabtree located at 4700 Creedmoor Rd Raleigh, NC 27612 from 9 AM to 6 PM daily.
Requirements:
1. Administrative charge of Sixty dollars ($60) per passport applicant in postal money order addressed to the consulate.
2. Online payment of Sixty Five dollars ($65).
3. Printed Payment confirmation
4. One Passport Photo
5. Presentation of old passport (for those whose old passport has expired).
6. Letter of consent for children from both parents. Letters must be signed by both parents.
7. Data pages of parent’s passports for children applying for E-Passports.
8. Birth Certificate of children
